Woman killed in hit-and-run crash in Lake View, after which driver causes 2 more crashes before being arrested, police say

Police reported that a woman died in a hit-and-run crash near the 1400 block of West Irving Park Road in Lake View on Saturday. This incident occurred just before 9:30 p.m., and police stated that the driver was later arrested after causing two additional crashes.
