Mother breastfeeding 3-week-old son admits to smoking meth days before his death, complaint says

The parents of a 3-week-old baby in Wisconsin face charges after he died from methamphetamine toxicity. Jessie Lee Kittelson admitted to using methamphetamine during her pregnancy and smoking it three days before her son's death.
