Shoulders Hill Road in Suffolk closed August 10-12

Drivers in Suffolk, Va., must plan for a road closure of Shoulders Hill Road due to emergency repairs. The road will be shut down in both directions at the railroad crossing located just south of Dutchess Way. These repairs are scheduled to occur between August 10-12, 2026.
