Man accused of sexually assaulting woman after L.A. gym visit charged

A man accused of following a woman and sexually assaulting her after a Los Angeles gym visit has been charged with a felony. Rodrigo Melgar, 27, of Woodland Hills, was charged with one count of sexual penetration by use of force in connection with the July 19 attack.
