Storm potential to start the week in Metro Detroit

Parts of Southeast Michigan experienced spotty showers on Saturday, leading to a sunny start Sunday with highs reaching the mid 80s. Rain is forecast to increase during the evening hours into early Monday, bringing potential strong storms. The Storm Prediction Center issued a Marginal Risk for severe weather over the southwestern side of the viewing area during that time.
