Flight canceled after toddler refused to buckle seat belt, stranding passengers overnight

A flight was canceled after a toddler refused to buckle their seat belt, which resulted in passengers being stranded overnight. Porter Airlines confirmed that the child was standing and neither an accompanying adult nor the crew were able to get them buckled.
