‘I am screwed’: Warren senior sounds alarm on hearing aid provider, AARP moves to remove provider from network
AARP Hearing Solutions by UnitedHealthcare Hearing removed provider William Robinson from its network after receiving reports of fraudulent activity. Nancy Russell shared her account of being scammed by Robinson following an ear procedure and numerous failed appointments. AARP noted that they hold providers to high standards, stating they are deeply disappointed a provider failed their customer promise.
