Rescued dog who recovered from overly-tight harness ready to be adopted

Titan, a Husky mix, was found in a Central Valley shelter with a harness so tight that it had grown into his skin, leading to severe wounds. Northern California Sled Dog Rescue intervened, providing months of intensive care and two surgeries for the dog. Titan is now healthy enough to find a forever home.
