Japan FSA asks crypto exchanges to impose withdrawal delays to fight scams

Japanese authorities are pushing measures aimed at curbing the misuse of exchange accounts and combating scams. The FSA specifically asked crypto exchanges to impose withdrawal delays. Furthermore, regulations were called for regarding address registration, customer-specific limits, and stronger authentication.
