Human Rights Commission hears testimony on anti-immigrant violence

The brother of an Ecuadorian immigrant testified before a Human Rights Commission hearing in Washington, D.C., regarding his brother's death. The victim was stabbed to death on Long Island in 2008. Seven teenagers were convicted in connection with Marcelo Lucero’s death as a hate crime.
