Chicago-area man, among 3 charged with threatening judge, witness in Nolan Wells case

A Chicago-area man, along with two others, has been charged with threatening a judge and witness in the Nolan Wells case. The individuals stated that none of them know Wells, his family, or the boating group, and are not part of the investigation.
