Heat and humidity return to the tri-state area

High pressure will remain offshore in the Atlantic, bringing heat and humidity to the tri-state area. A Heat Advisory is in effect on Thursday for much of the region, with expectations of hazy, hot, and humid conditions and a chance of scattered showers toward evening.
