Cyclosporiasis outbreak linked to shredded iceberg lettuce expands to 15 states

An outbreak of cyclosporiasis has been linked to recalled shredded iceberg lettuce supplied by Taylor Farms. The FDA reported that the incidence of this illness has expanded, with cases now found in 15 states.
