Auro Chocolate, founded by Kelly Go a decade ago, initially struggled with excess cocoa powder left over from grinding cocoa beans. At one point, the Philippines-based craft chocolatier found itself dumping this unused powder while selling the more expensive cocoa butter to candy makers.
