16-year-old boy fatally struck by Metro-North train in Connecticut; 2 individuals arrested

A 16-year-old boy was fatally struck by a Metro-North train while in Connecticut. Two individuals were arrested following the incident, and the victim was later transported to Norwalk Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
