Level 4 water restrictions now in effect for Colorado City

Colorado City has implemented level four water restrictions, prohibiting outdoor watering except between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. using a watering can or hose with a shut-off nozzle. Violations result in fines of $100 for the first offense, $250 for the second, and potential service suspension or a $500 fine for subsequent violations.
