(US) Victim of bank wire fraud and BOA won’t properly investigate it.

A stepfather became a victim of wire fraud after a large unauthorized transaction occurred from his Bank of America account. The bank refused to investigate further, citing the transaction originated from his IP address, while the receiving PNC Bank account is now frozen by authorities.
