Mooresville police officer arrested for misusing Flock camera

A Mooresville Police Department officer, Elizabeth Anne Snowman, was arrested for allegedly misusing a Flock camera database to access vehicle information for non-official purposes. This is the second such arrest in the Charlotte area this week, following the arrest of a CMPD officer, Seth Elliott, for similar misuse of law enforcement databases.
