Hong Kong urged to be ‘super partner’ in businesses’ overseas expansion push

Hong Kong is urged to serve as a 'super partner' in helping enterprises expand into Asean, Middle Eastern, Central Asian, and European markets. The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce proposed 65 suggestions to the government, including an annual review for Hong Kong's first five-year plan and the city leader's final policy address.
