Food Expo vendors hoping for tasty profits with caviar sake gelato, other new products

Vendors at Hong Kong's upcoming Food Expo anticipate increased sales and foot traffic compared to last year, citing better weather, discounts, and innovative products like caviar sake gelato. The five-day event, part of five concurrent trade fairs, features over 1,850 exhibitors from more than 30 countries and regions, organized by the Trade Development Council.
