3-year-old dies after getting her head stuck in kitchen playset

A 3-year-old Florida girl died after getting her head stuck in a kitchen playset at a babysitter’s house. The incident occurred when the toddler tried to retrieve toys from the playset, which was an old wooden set purchased from Facebook Marketplace. The spouse of the babysitter found the child stuck and performed lifesaving measures until first responders arrived, but she later died in the hospital.
