Woman, 19, killed in Essex dog attack named as Jamie-Lea Biscoe

A 19-year-old woman, Jamie-Lea Biscoe, died after a dog attack in Essex. A 37-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing her death through a dangerously out-of-control dog. A separate incident in Redcar involved a suspected dog attack that killed a three-month-old baby.
