Ukraine live: Russian strikes kill at least 15 in Kyiv and surrounding region

Russian strikes on Kyiv and the surrounding region killed at least 15 people and wounded dozens overnight, according to authorities. Russia has increased long-range missile attacks in July, and five people were killed in the Moscow region on Tuesday.
