Driver facing charges after THP trooper injured in crash near Nashville

A driver collided with a Tennessee Highway Patrol vehicle on I-65 near Nashville, injuring a trooper and facing charges. Corina McDaniel, 40, was charged with DUI, vehicular assault, and simple possession after rear-ending the patrol car, which then struck a stopped vehicle. Trooper Steven Burnette, 27, sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
