Jocelyn Benson has won the Democratic nomination for Michigan governor, according to the Associated Press. She previously served as Michigan's Secretary of State and defeated Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson in the primary. Benson will face either John James or Perry Johnson in the November general election.
