A Hispanic woman named Andrea Foster called from a 916 number, claiming to represent Goldstein & Associates, an immigration-focused firm, and alleged the recipient was listed as a respondent in a litigation complaint. She directed the recipient to call a 866 number linked to Midland Credit Management to avoid legal consequences, though the 916 number was identified as VoIP or unlisted, and the recipient confirmed no debt to Midland Credit.
