CMPD requests public’s help in locating missing elderly woman
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is seeking public assistance to locate 82-year-old Gail Rubenstein, who has cognitive impairment and may be confused or lost. She was last seen leaving her south Charlotte home around 7 a.m. Tuesday and is believed to be driving a 2018 silver Mazda3 Touring with blue rims and license plate BDB5852.
