19 alleged Philadelphia scammers charged with $4M in Medicare, Medicaid fraud: DOJ

The DOJ has charged 19 individuals in Philadelphia with $4 million in Medicare and Medicaid fraud. Federal and state authorities are expanding the Northeast Health Care Fraud Strike Force to the area to target such fraud.
