Teacher for the ages: Miami educator is world’s youngest male professor

Nathan Thomas, an 18-year-old professor at Miami Dade College, has been certified by Guinness World Records as the youngest male professor, breaking a 306-year-old record previously held by Colin Maclaurin. Thomas teaches electrical engineering and earned a bachelor’s degree at 16 and a master’s at 18.
