Man charged with second-degree murder for man’s death in Baltimore harbor
James Fitzsimmons was charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter, and assault after police allege he pushed James Britt into Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, leading to Britt’s death. Surveillance video showed the men fighting before Fitzsimmons pushed Britt into the water, and Britt was later declared dead at a hospital.
