Stella’s Creamery and Cakes is a family-owned business in Schenectady, N.Y., specializing in custard soft serve. The seasonal ice cream stand is now open for its sixth season. Ashley Viscariello became the owner after working under its former name, Bumpy's, during her high school and college summers.
