US federal judge blocks New York’s ban on ICE officers wearing masks

A US federal judge has blocked New York's ban on ICE officers wearing masks, while allowing a state law that prohibits cooperation between local police and ICE to remain in effect. Similar laws in California, Virginia, and Pennsylvania were also blocked by federal judges.
