Bending Spoons agreed to buy Airtable for $1.3 billion in its first deal since going public

Bending Spoons agreed to acquire Airtable, a spreadsheet and database software company, for $1.3 billion in an all-cash deal. The transaction values Airtable at an enterprise value of $1.285 billion and an equity value of approximately $2.25 billion. This marks Bending Spoons' first acquisition since going public.
