Medical staffer caught sneaking phone to inmate at Cook County Jail: deputies

A 33-year-old woman in Chicago faces a felony charge after allegedly sneaking a cellphone into the Cook County Jail and giving it to an inmate while working as a medical staffer. Authorities from the Cook County Sheriff’s Office have charged Dominique Smith-Montgomery.
