Seattle contractor settles death lawsuit over 911 ambulance wait

Pamela Hogan, a Bitter Lake resident, waited over 10 hours for an ambulance in 2022 and allegedly died without receiving care. A Seattle contractor has settled a lawsuit related to her death.
