Record drought and heatwave bring energy emergency to Eastern Europe

Record drought and heatwave in Eastern Europe are causing an energy emergency as governments conserve electricity. Hungary's only nuclear plant, which supplies half the country's electricity, is shutting down due to low Danube River water levels needed to cool reactors.
