2 teens charged in tree lighting shooting at Partridge Creek bound over to circuit court
Two 16-year-olds, King Payne and Christian Griffin, were charged with assault with intent to murder after a shooting during the Mall at Partridge Creek’s tree lighting event on Nov. 23, 2025, which injured a 17-year-old. Terrence Janell Brown, 18, faces an accessory charge. Payne and Brown were bound over to circuit court for trial after a preliminary examination.
