Dozens of parish leaders, volunteers have left Landry-Murrill recall campaign over alleged mismanagement

Dozens of parish leaders and volunteers from Louisiana Deserves Better, a campaign to recall Gov. Jeff Landry and state Attorney General Liz Murrill, have left due to alleged financial mismanagement and poor leadership by the group's chairperson, Marian Gbaiwon. Volunteers attempted to deliver collected signatures to Gbaiwon's headquarters but were met with no response, following internal disputes that led to over 100 leaders and volunteers exiting the campaign.
