Chinese chip-tool maker AMEC says first-half profit to nearly quadruple amid soaring demand
Chinese chip-tool maker AMEC reported a preliminary 282% year-on-year profit growth in the first half of the year, driven by strong demand for domestic semiconductors amid US sanctions. The company's income between January and June reached at least 2.7 billion yuan.
