Tinubu is set to receive the draft state police bill on 3 September, as announced by Gbajabiamila. The Presidential Working Group on the proposed National Policing Bill, led by Gbajabiamila, has invited Nigerians to submit memoranda and policy proposals to establish a legal and operational framework for state policing.
