Arson suspect arrested as Spokane battles devastating wildfires

A man from Spokane, Washington, was arrested and charged with first-degree arson for starting one of three wildfires that have destroyed 700 buildings and forced 67,000 evacuations. The fires remain uncontained, with some residents returning to find their homes completely destroyed.
