PCB moves IHC against orders to disclose players’ financial details

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has challenged two orders from the Pakistan Information Commission (PIC) in the Islamabad High Court, seeking to avoid disclosing financial and contractual details of cricketers, officials, and stadium operations under the Right of Access to Information Act, 2017. The PCB argues that the disclosure would harm commercial interests and violate privacy rights.
