Judge rules New York can’t ban federal agents from wearing face coverings
A judge ruled that New York cannot prohibit federal agents from wearing face coverings. The policy was part of a state budget bill that included law enforcement measures, signed into law by Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul in May.
