New tavern to open at Hudson Shores Park in Watervliet

Hudson Shores Park in Watervliet will open a new seasonal restaurant to replace the former Rusty Anchor barge. Mayor Charles Patricelli announced the return of a waterfront establishment after nearly seven years.
