North Korea advises citizens to eat dog meat to beat the summer heat
North Korea’s state media has recommended dog meat soup as a measure against summer heat, reviving a long-standing promotion. The advice, published in Rodong Sinmun, includes tips for coping with heatwaves and first aid for heat-related illnesses, based on an interview with a senior doctor at Pyongyang General Hospital.
