Bryan Kohberger gets new attorney appointed after he asks court for post-conviction relief in Idaho murders

Bryan Kohberger has been assigned new attorney Greg Rauch to handle his post-conviction relief petition seeking to withdraw his guilty plea in the 2022 Idaho murders case. Kohberger, currently held in the Idaho Maximum Security Institution, filed the petition a year after pleading guilty to four counts of first-degree murder and burglary, which led to four consecutive life sentences without parole.
