Cartel Bo faces kidnapping charge

A Houston-based rapper named Warren Brown, also known as Cartel Bo, is facing aggravated kidnapping charges after a woman, the mother of his children, claimed she was held captive in a locked closet and handcuffed for four days before escaping. He was arrested following a traffic stop and outstanding warrants related to the same incident. The woman was found by a neighbor and taken to a hospital after escaping.
