Moriarty urges Texas governor to sign off on ICE agent’s extradition to Minnesota
Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty has urged Texas Governor Greg Abbott to approve the extradition of ICE agent Christian Castro, who is charged with shooting Julio Sosa-Celis in Minneapolis. Castro remains jailed in Texas with a $200,000 bond while awaiting extradition to face four counts of second-degree assault and one misdemeanor charge.
