Fired ‘60 Minutes’ correspondents Sharyn Alfonsi and Scott Pelley wash up at Columbia Journalism School

Fired '60 Minutes' correspondents Sharyn Alfonsi and Scott Pelley have joined Columbia Journalism School as journalists-in-residence for the 2026–27 academic year. They will work with students and contribute to the Columbia Journalism Review after clashing with CBS News editor-in-chief Bari Weiss over editorial decisions at '60 Minutes'.
