Singapore jails man who had secret sexual ‘relationship’ with niece, 13

A 38-year-old Singaporean man was sentenced to 21 years in jail and 16 strokes of the cane for engaging in a sexual relationship with his 13-year-old niece, which included statutory rape and sexual assault. He pleaded guilty to six charges, with another 17 considered during the sentencing.
